FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
An estimate fee is required to ensure that we can dedicate the time and resources needed to accurately assess your project. This fee helps cover the costs of preparing a detailed estimate and ensures that we can provide you with the best possible service. It also shows that you’re serious about moving forward, allowing us to prioritize your project effectively. If you decide to proceed with the work, this fee may be applied towards your final invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer begins with gathering all the necessary information and details about the project. Once I have a clear understanding of their needs, I schedule a walkthrough to take measurements and assess the site. This allows me to put together a proper estimate that accurately reflects the scope of work required. Clear communication and thorough planning are key to ensuring a successful project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this work after my daughter was born in 2016. Initially, I began mowing lawns to earn some extra income. Over time, I expanded my skills into landscaping, landscape construction, and maintenance. I also ventured into junk removal, gradually building a diverse range of services to meet my clients’ needs.
