- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not the cheapest and definitely not the most expensive in the industry. I offer fair pricing and most of the time much lower pricing than the larger companies due to low overhead and operating costs, resulting in great savings for my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free estimate. Understand what the customer needs and their expectations. Never try to upsell or offer anything they don’t need.
