- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I complete every child at the functions that I am reserved for. I now require a $20 deposit to reserve your date. I don't have a selection board becausey customers are NOT LIMITED. I don't rush the faces, but I do paint a face within 3 - 7 minutes. I paint with passion, so the only problem that the parents will have is trying to take it off of their child's face.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to assure the customer that they're in good hands. You have hired a face painter that will get the job done and help create a memorable experience. I tell them that part is done, and now they only have to focus on the rest of the event. I keep an open line of communication and respond within the hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides studying advertising and design for 4 years in high school and some college, I am self educated. I have no certifications besides project management, but only art experience and personal hygiene experience. I perform my own research on the products that I use. I use dawn dish soap and alcohol to clean my brushes. I use disinfectant wipes for chairs and tables, and have hand sanitizer available.
