- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system; which includes tax and filling any cracks in the firebox. We are upfront with our services so there are no hidden fees. Xtreme Chimney Sweeps also provide discounts for more than one chimney in a home, or if you have a friend who would like their chimney cleaned the same day, by offering bundle deals. Our goal is to make sure every home is safe from fires, one home at a time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule the day and time that works best for our customers. Once we are on our way we give a courtesy call. There is no window time frame, you will know exactly what time we will be there. We clean the chimney from the bottom to the top. As we clean we will do an inspection to make sure it is safe for your family.
