- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge flat rate labor pricing as opposed to hourly, but the rates differ by what type of printer it is (InkJet, LaserJet, Wide Format or Copier).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determining their printer needs by how much is printed and what is printed. Our goal is to save the customer money by providing the most cost efficient solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 MBA's in Business and a BS in IT with over 20 years of experience in the printer industry. I hold sales and service certifications for Xerox, Toshiba, Oki, Brother, Canon and HP. We are authorized service providers for Xerox, Toshiba, Oki, Brother and Canon meaning we can also provide warranty repairs.
