Turns out, I needed a new start button and a new timer knob for my dryer that all of a sudden stopped working. I was able to schedule an appointment, and David came out the next day. He found the problem quick and easy and came back the following day with the parts and stayed for about 10 minutes and boom! Heating element went out of my dryer on Sunday. I contacted QA and they worked around my work schedule on Monday to come out and assess the issue. The technician arrived and determined the issue and described what it would take to fix it along with an estimate. He had the issues resolved in 20 minutes. Very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy. Will definitely use for any other appliance issues that arise!
