Our pricing is based on a number of factors, including the scope of work, materials required, and the timeline for completion. We strive to provide our customers with competitive and transparent pricing, and we do not charge any hidden fees or additional charges beyond what has been agreed upon.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process involves initial contact to understand the customer's needs, followed by a discovery phase where we prepare a proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and cost estimates. Once the proposal is accepted, we draft a formal contract, develop a project plan, execute, monitor and report progress to the customer. After completion, we conduct a final review to ensure satisfaction and provide necessary support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Together, my business partner and I possess almost two decades of combined experience in the painting industry. While I have extensive experience selling paint jobs and collaborating with project managers, my partner's background includes working for industry leaders such as Sherwin Williams, giving him a deep understanding of paint and its nuances. Our combined experience in the customer service industry totals 40 years, which has equipped us with a strong ability to serve our clients with professionalism and dedication.
