Responded quickly. Offered a fair price. Arrived within estimated range and gave updates as technician was en route. What I thought I needed and what I actually needed was different but they didn’t try to upsell and overcharge an unnecessary repair. Max explained what he needed to do and did it quickly. Also provided warnings about other potential issues with my manufacturer. Would call Assist Appliance repair again for sure

Assist Appliance is a family owned company, which I like. Max was courteous, efficient, knew his business, carried parts often needed (common failures). He was in and out in c. a little over an hour. Certainly would recommend.

I was needing my gas stove top burners repaired. The tech scheduled within a day, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts. The parts arrived, but failed to fit on my old stove. He recommend I order a new stove top. It was cheaper than trying to reorder parts that were hard to locate. He removed the old stove top and hauled it away for me. Friendly, knowledgeable, and quality work. Would definitely use this company again!!
