- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 5% active military and veterans discount and a 3% cash discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a white glove experience that begins with scheduling an appointment for our window consultant to meet with the homeowners, measure the windows/doors, discuss replacement options and provide a same day quote in most instances. Once homeowners decide to move forward, we schedule a time to come back out for a final measure before ordering the custom windows.

Our operations manager and install team all have decades of experience in the window and door industry.
