FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as fair as possible with my pricing. Sometimes it is possible to reduce the quote (and the price) because of communicating about the job before hand on the phone. There are other situations where the job is smaller than I think and the price is adjusted down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is always easier to see the project first hand. The second best option is to talk it over on the phone. I want to find out your needs and make sure that I can deliver beyond your expectations!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education has nothing to do with my business. I have been a woodworker since I was 10 and have made custom furniture, tradeshow exhibits, and cabinets for the past 30 years. I have worked on cars for more than 30 years. I have been installing audio/visual equipment for years. I am also annually licensed by the City of San Antonio as a Electrical Maintenance Technician.
