I dont think you will find better customer service! A lot of businesses nowadays just dont care but thats not the case with Thrive, they installed our sprinkler system a couple of years ago and came back and rerouted an area so we could pour an extended driveway! They went above and beyond on getting us estimates and answering a ton of questions we had, they never got frustrated with us and anytime we asked if they could come out and explain a few things they were very accommodating and always there when they said they would be, you just dont find that type of service these days! We will be life long customers and always recommend them when we are asked if we know anyone for irrigation services, Chris and the Team at Thrive are in a class of their own!!

We had a zone of our sprinkler system that was not working. Jon from Thrive quickly diagnosed that the problem was a broken wire rather than a problem with the controller or solenoid. He explained that they charged $150 to track down the broken wire. He found and dug up the broken wire directly under a bush. He found a hole in the pipes as well. He fixed both and the total charge was just under $400.

This company has been a pleasure to work with. I was working out of town for a year and they helped advise as well as update a 30 yr old system last summer snd fall between coming and going out of state. The owner and his son came today to help fix a broken head and further advise regarding some other changes I was considering. I genuinely appreciated the honesty, information and made my own decision to leave as is- from the get go Chris has been straight. Thanks snd keep up the great work!
