- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on what the insurance approves your claim for. We also make sure that they pay for all damaged items from the Hail storm. This allows Homeowners to not have to pay anything extra out of pocket.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a free property inspection due to hail and wind damage. If there is enough hail damage we suggest homeowner files a claim then we help complete the process with them. Every one process is different depending on insurance.
