SERVICE GUARANTEES
-Eviction Guarantee: If a tenant we place ever has to be evicted, we will cover the court and filing costs up to 2000.00
-Leasing Guarantee: If a tenant we place does not fulfill at least 9 months of the lease agreement, we will re-lease the property for you free of charge
-21 Day Guarantee: We will lease your home in 21 days or less, or your first months management fee is free

I've used PMI, Inc for over 3 years. I am very happy with the service they provide. Several times there have been issues at the house on a weekend or holiday and Katie was always there to get it repaired right away. She is very dedicated to her work. Larry was superb. He worked me throughout my whole application and approval process. His responsiveness was superb and professional. I felt like family on each call email or text.
