I have had a couple of different property management companies and decided to put all my properties under one team. Norniella was the right choice. These guys have done several rehabs on my investment properties and then took over the property management after finishing all of the work. Judy was great, she laid out the process step by step from the very beginning and their work was done on schedule. Even got it leased out pretty quick. I'll be using them as I buy more properties.

Our competitive fees are as follows: > Management Fee: $110/month (no hidden fees!) > Leasing Fee: $1600 flat fee (due AFTER tenant move-in) > Tenant Renewal Fee: $300 flat fee > Month-to-month owner agreement with no termination fees. February Special > Sign the Property Management Agreement (PMA) in February and get 6 months free ($660) > we will not start charging you a monthly management fee until the 7th month.
