- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our competitive fees are as follows: > Management Fee: $110/month (no hidden fees!) > Leasing Fee: $1600 flat fee (due AFTER tenant move-in) > Tenant Renewal Fee: $300 flat fee > Month-to-month owner agreement with no termination fees. February Special > Sign the Property Management Agreement (PMA) in February and get 6 months free ($660) > we will not start charging you a monthly management fee until the 7th month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start first with creating a relationship so we understand what your goals are as a landlord and investor. If you feel like we communicate well and could take care of your properties the way you would, that is what's most important to us!
