- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our management fees are not set, but rather based on the rental rate of your property. We pride ourselves in having the most competitive rates while providing personal, one on one management. We also have our own in-house maintenance and rehab team, guaranteeing you get the best value and top quality service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start first with creating a relationship so we understand what your goals are as a landlord and investor. If you feel like we communicate well and could take care of your properties the way you would, that is what's most important to us!
