- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, the pricing is commiserate of the years of experience that I bring to my clients. Specialties of space planning, project management and teaching all a part of the process. My goal is to not only produce an organized space, but to transfer the skills to the client to maintain their space. Additionally, when more than one appointment is necessary to accomplish the clients organizing goals, we offer pre-paid packages of 20 or more hours at a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An assessment of the areas the client would like to get organized must be taken first. Once the best place to start is decided we begin our work, with the client making choices of what to keep or donate if those decisions have not been previously made. Next, the area {such as a closet} will be zoned for areas for those belongings should be stored-either for everyday or seasonal storage. Finalizing the organization with a list of best products to be used for the area, such as hangers, bins, boot/shoe storage and shelving additions for unique storage. Hooks/and other holders may be suggested. A list of products may be used for the client to purchase or we will do the shopping for them & install the next day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, there are CEU's for organizing and time management course work to improve and stay up to date with the latest trends and efficiency.
