WOW! Just wow at the way the balloon garland looked. So happy I went with Elegant Decor! They were some of the nicest people I have ever met and their work just speaks for itself. The allure team was great to work with even in a challenging weather day. They delivered and setup the most beautiful balloon arch and back drop exactly as I had requested. We had an outdoor party in the dead summer heat and it was hard to keep the structure on tack. They found a spot to setup to help preserve the balloons and we enjoyed the structure for photo ops all night.
