- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is not complicated - invitations are completely dependent on vendor choice, and print type - if you add layers or ribbons or other specialty items and can range from $1 an invitation to $100 an invitation - it is all in what you want. Events are the same - they all are about what you want to spend, and we can make them happen on any budget. Venue choice can impact the cost, food choices can impact the cost - you can't just say $5 and be done - we can work with any budget and will be very honest on what we can and can't do with what you have to spend. For dance we offer per hour pricing as well as packages that work for those looking for more training or choreography. .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With dance we have meetings and understand timeline and what results they want to accomplish . We understand their song choices or help with that and then build on their strengths and vision. For events we take a similar approach, understanding their budget and vision and how we can bring them together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Of course, in any profession you should be learning everyday! We have been in the event planning industry for 20 years and decorating as well as just day of coordination. In dance Josh is professionally trained and dances Master level on the country competition floor, as well as highest levels of ballroom, swing, theater and more.
