FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to be as competitive as possible but we are not the "Walmart" of the landscape industry. Remember, you always get what you pay for, so if you want it done right the first time, you shouldn't always go with the cheapest option!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process varies for each job since every landscape job is unique, but to simplify and layout the steps that are usually taken would look something like this: 1. Call and discuss the project over the phone first 2. Schedule a consultation if needed (if not, a quote is given based on the description of work discussed in the phone call) 3. After concluding the consultation, an offer is given for producing a design based around the scope of work the project is requiring 4. If hired for said design, we schedule out multiple design reviews where we go over a multitude of options and rough drafts before finally finalizing on your piece of Eden. 5. Once the design is finalized, a quote is given for the installation of the project based on the final draft of the completed design. 6. If hired for the installation, we make sure every plant is planted exactly how you want them and also exactly how they are supposed to be planted for the best chances of success. 7. After we complete the installation, I then become your point of contact for providing information on the maintenance and care of the plants we installed for however long it's needed (within reason).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association, and have worked in the Green Industry since 2015, including organic production growing operations and retail nursery establishments. I also have been studying horticulture, agriculture and botany on my own since 2012.
