The cleaning quality is subpar. Failed to clean many spots when finishing first time. Called to come back still a lot of the places are ignored. He claimed I am not paying enough to deep clean the whole house but during quoting he told me it is a move out cleaning. We were not happy and tenant spent another hours to clean everything again. Really bad experience using him. I paid him anyway but this is just honestly one of the worst cleaning work I have ever seen.

First time in house no power second time in house spent a long time cleaning but house was just really dirty went back a 3rd time to fix missed spots did the best we could but house just in too bad shape to ever make like new owner review really just BS I didn’t even request payment as all they did was complain

Following instructions. Cleaning more than the lowest base minimum, not destroying light fixtures, and still taking full pay, hauling away the garbage that was in the initial order to be removed (boxes were pushed into a corner, partiallybroken down, junk in front bedroom was just moved into the closet). I have to hire someone else now, just to do the job I paid him $125 to (not) do. I also noticed several things missing after he left, together valuing approximately, if not more, than he's was paid. I will not be using, or recommending Thumbtack again. I want my money back, as well as the damages, and missing items paid for, or I will have no other recourse, but to file a legal complaint.

Absolute nonsense customer was there the whole time I’m not a junk removal tech I moved that stuff out of way I broke down box’s with his knowledge that he needed to put outside for pickup also accusing me of stealing is just wrong light fixture that broke was an accident that I asked for him to get a price for
