- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer different pricing packages based on the type of the cleaning required. Our Move-in/Move Out packages are priced differently from our deep cleaning and then our Standard cleaning. We have first time client, Veteran discounts amongst others promotional offers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to understand if our new clients require a deep/standard cleaning based on conversation either via thumbtack chat or the follow-up call/text. We share a checklist of what would be covered in each of the cleaning types, followed by sending a quote to clients email and schedule the cleaning based on customer's availability. We send three reminders before the day of cleaning with an option to reschedule with 24 hours notice in advance. Once cleaning is complete, we send a follow up message to get the feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our professional cleaners are trained to use the professional equipment's and understand what cleaning products to use based on customers requirements and preferences.
