- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is beyond competitive in the area! Whether designing to live or staging to sell needs and wants vary greatly. We take a professional look at your project and together decide on specific needs that are needed. When completed your home will show at its best and ultimately sell in the least amount of time, at the high value. And if designing to live, your space will be transformed so you enjoy coming home and enjoying daily. Whether selling or not the space will take on a whole new life!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Keep it simple! In most cases during initial preview, I like to see how the furniture and accessories my client already has can be used with the help of rearranging and placing accessories best for their home. Afterwards it is then easier to formulate a list of needed items to be purchase that will complete the design. If staging a home to sell I then select appropriate furniture and accessories to best showcase the property, delivery, place all items, and soon sold! Logistic then return to pick up furnishings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 year degree in Interior Architecture and Design, years of experience in both commercial and residential design, and extensive education and knowledge in todays real estate market and sells.
