Additionally, please note the following: - Trash removal services incur a minimum charge of $50, which may increase depending on the amount of trash requiring disposal. - Pool cleaning services are contract-based, so please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs and pricing. - Any materials purchased for your project will be billed to you on your final invoice. - If your location falls outside of our normal service area, you may be subject to a mileage fee. If photos aren't possible, we're happy to schedule an on-site estimate. Once we've determined the necessary work, we'll provide a detailed estimate outlining the expected timeframe for completion. If you decide to move forward, we'll require your service address, phone number, and email to schedule your appointment. Please note that we operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and we kindly ask that you're ready to book our services when inquiring. We don't hold dates or guarantee availability if you need more time to consider our estimate. However, we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule and find a suitable appointment time. After booking, we'll send an electronic copy of our billing contract, which clearly outlines our pricing structure and payment terms. Please note that we require electronic signature of this document at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This ensures mutual understanding and protection for both parties.
