Our hot tub went down and it was devastating since we use it every day. We chose Sam because of the reviews and he more than lived up to them. He came out for a no charge assessment which is rare these days. He showed up exactly when he said he would, ordered the part and fixed our tub in a very short amount of time for a very fair price. He was respectful of our property, showed me what was wrong and was transparent throughout the process. I will use no one else for our hot tub needs. Hire Sam-you will not be sorry.
