Sam responded in minutes; was onsite the next day and quickly realized what the problem with my hot tub was…a circuit board had caught fire!!! (Photo attached) The hot tub had been recently disconnected and then reconnected during some outdoor living area work. It likely wasn’t reconnected properly, resulting in this situation. Sam ordered the new board, kept me informed and promptly came back to complete the job. Thanks Sam
