- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair, transparent pricing based on the scope of each service. A standard service fee is required for every job, and some services may require a 50% deposit upfront before work begins. We do not offer refunds once services are scheduled or completed. All payments and invoices are securely processed through our parent company, so you may receive communications and payment links directly from them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding your needs through a call or text. After discussing the details, we provide a custom quote. Once approved, we schedule the service, send an invoice, and collect any required deposit. On the day of service, we arrive on time and ready to get the job done right. All scheduling, communication, and payments are handled through our parent company.
