Patrick was the only contractor I called who made a site visit which always makes me more comfortable. He looked at the repairs needed and got quote back to me quickly. His quote was reasonable, the repair was completed quickly and appears to have corrected the issue. I would recommend Alpine Fence others.

Very rare to see in todays world someone gives you a call immediately, stop by Saturday morning to give the quote, ( reasonable) . Also, from the moment I said GO , and until the work is done, I got the updates regularly. Good job Patrick and to your team!

Initially our experience with Alpine Fence was fantastic- would have given them 5 stars. We wanted our Fence installed that week, if possible, and since they were located so close to our house they said they could make that happen. I was worried, but they did it! Another reason we chose them was because of their 5 year warranty. Well, unfortunately, about a month after our Fence was installed we noticed it started to crack on one of the gates. I contacted Alpine Fence a few times without hearing back. About a month after that, the Fence totally broke. I called them again and sent a message on thumbtack that day. I received my FIRST and ONLY response that they would put in a work order and let me know. That has been more than two weeks, I've called again (no response), and we've had zero follow up about any work order. And our gate is still totally broken.... how can they improve? A response would be a great start. And honoring the warranty would be a great second. UPDATE: alpine did come out and fix the fence free of charge. It took maybe a month or two and the communication was still lacking-- I didn't even know they were coming until I got home and my fence was fixed, but they did what they said they would and the fence looks beautiful.
