- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There may be an extra charge if your dog is matted depending on the severity of the coat.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a professional IN HOME (no van) groomer with state of the art equipment . I don't mind if you'd like to stick around and watch the whole process in fact with anxious dogs I recommend it. I do ask for drying towels and broom/dust pan for clean up. If you would like to set up an appointment or simply ask questions you can text/call me. Sometimes it's easier to reach me that way rather than through here. I can get back to you faster through text. Leave a voicemail if I don’t answer, if I’m on a dog I won’t answer calls. Although I do love to get to know my customers and chat a bit please realize that I am on a tight schedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late there’s a chance I’ll have to reschedule. If you feel like you’ll be late to getting back home just give me a heads up.

Dogs: Old, young, hyper, anxious, aggressive, unpredictable, jumpy, nervous, perfect, & difficult. I DO NOT GROOM INJURED, PREGNANT OR NEWLY NURSING DOGS
