- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When a client hires us for an event, we send out a contract via email as well as an invoice for the deposit to reserve the date. The remaining balance is required to be paid in full at least a day before the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss details of your event either by phone or in person. Each event is different and unique. We cater to the needs of your event to provide the best possible experience!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
have played a lot of events have had lots of training thru classes as well as real world events that I have played for.
