Darryl was absolutely a pleasure to work with. An honest, polite and thorough professional with loads of knowledge about appliances as well as integrity. He visited our rental house today and not only gave an exact and accurate picture of state of the appliance but in addition about the property and the extreme clutter and unclean house that the tenants were maintaining. But that was not all, he even waived the service call fee for us because a replacement was needed and he did not think repair will help long term. Who does that these days. Truly a great company. I have their number saved for any future needs regarding appliances for sure.
