My washer broke and I had a Samsung repair who looked at it for 5 minutes and charged $95 and said he could fix it for $800. I called Fleming for a second opinion. Looked at it, explained in details….as I explained the washer is 2 years old, he shared his views. I really appreciate how detailed he was and asked dumb questions and he answered each thoroughly. Highly recommend. He felt bad that after getting one of the top of the line washer and dryer, that I’m replacing it quickly I’m going with LG

Darryl arrived within his window. He knew immediately what the problem with my over was. He verified the issue and ordered the part. It will arrive on Monday and he will be out to repair shortly thereafter. I don't expect any issues but if I need to change my review I will.

Darryl handled my repair excellently. He communicated with me directly from the time I set my appointment until the job was completed. He did what he said he would do and I am so pleased. He informed me about a low risk but potential future issue that could be needed in an information only manner. Even when I asked if he should do the potential need now he said it was not necessary yet and told me the signs to watch for. I really appreciated his professionalism and he was even able to see me a little earlier than planned which was also appreciated. Most importantly, his communication was great, as well as his service. I will definitely use him again.
