We used Steve Sahagian to assist with the selling of our home in Katy. The one thing that stands out for us was how Steve fought for us and was not focused on just making a sale. During the process of when we got an initial offer from a prospective buyer which was not even an offer we considered worth countering, Steve supported our decisions and we never felt any pressure to accept an offer. In fact, he would even share with us when he felt that either the offer was not a good one or when he believed the buyer was probably willing to go higher. Even after we had accepted & signed the offer, Steve continued to fight for us over the various items the seller still wanted from us (such as minor inspection items to even the conditions the buyer wanted to impose as part of the closing). Bottom line, Steve Sahagian’s focus is his client and fighting for them. He is not out to just close a deal and move on.
