- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call and visit with them, get important information (is Location, Party person's name...). We will then call them 2 days before the event to get a Credit card # from them. This goes in our safe until the day after the event. The charge is run then. We will also text the client with our cell # for was contact should questions arise. Our purpose is to make sure that the event is as carefree as possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We currently work with the Houston Rockets, Astros and Dynamo. We have over 20 different Libraries in the Harris, Fortbend and Galveston counties, along with most of the Major Daycares systems in town. We do holidays , i.e. Easter Bunnies and Santa to many Apartment complexes. But by far our best customers are our Family Birthday parties and other Celebrations. We enjoy bring fun and laughter to special family events
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find the person that has a Heart for Fun. If you get the feeling that this is "just a job" for whomever you talk to, MOVE ON! Check out their Profile and read the reviews! If the client took the time to leave a review, it was either really good or really bad!
