- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When initiating work with a new client, my approach begins with a comprehensive intake form review to understand their health history, fitness objectives, and any past injuries they've experienced. This information is crucial for tailoring an exercise plan that suits their needs while ensuring their safety. Following the intake review, I prioritize addressing any past injuries mentioned, taking careful note to incorporate modifications or precautions as necessary. Moving forward, I lead the client through a short yet comprehensive stretching session designed to target all major muscle groups. Throughout this session, I actively solicit feedback from the client, aiming to understand their comfort levels, areas of tension, and any specific concerns they may have. Based on their feedback and observed responses, I make necessary adjustments to the stretching routine, ensuring it aligns with their preferences and limitations. Finally, I engage in a discussion with the client to plan ahead, outlining potential future sessions, personalized exercise plans, and ongoing support to help them achieve their fitness goals effectively and safely. This structured yet personalized approach aims to establish a strong foundation for our work together while prioritizing the client's comfort, safety, and success in their fitness journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and training include a physical training and stretching and flexibility certification in which I learnt about anatomy, as well as my experience as an athlete familiar with pre-competition stretching regimens.
