- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial communication, I receive basic event inquiry, confirm availability, virtual meeting, communicate any questions, discuss costs, process curated playlists & mc’s services, process deposit and documents, and party! With availability at any time for any questions or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two years of college that translates into communication skills and 14+ years of experience entertaining & educating. I enjoy learning so I am always trying to craft my skills.
