Hey there new Yogi! I am dedicated and excited to help you begin your yoga journey! I have been teaching yoga for 6 years and am a 500 hour certified yoga instructor through the Yoga Alliance. I also teach yoga at YogaSix Studios in Las Colinas and Indigo Yoga in Fort Worth. Stacie is AMAZING! I honestly can't say enough positive things about her. I have been taking her classes since 2019. She is flexible (literally and figuratively) when it comes to scheduling. She teaches from the heart and is never demeaning. She teaches various flows which allows you to grow in your own yoga practice. Stacie is a wonderful instructor, you will not be disappointed.

Stacie is amazing. Ihave had both group classes and one on one time with her. I have learned so much from over over the past two years! She is an excellent teacher and gifted listener. She knows how to push you to improve and expand your ability workout being too pushy and she fosters an atmosphere of individual learning. She is great at giving modifications in classroom settings if you need less or more. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and fitness in general and he regularly gives me exercises to do at home to stretch or strengthen certain areas. I can't recommend her enough!
