Mary was great! She arrived right when she said she would and was very flexible with the space we had available. This was also a great experience for many in our group who haven’t done yoga or a sound bath before. We cannot recommend Mary enough!

We had the pleasure of having Mary instruct my best friend’s bachelorette yoga class. It was such a refreshing and rejuvenating experience to have a professional, yoga teacher in her element that provided a relaxing environment. She was in tune with all of our needs… And was very thorough in her practice as she made sure we held each pose for the desired and required amount of time to reap maximum benefits. Mary was our yogo master for my friend's Bachelorette party. Wow she amazing! She set the mood with her energy. I was definitely a beginner, but I was able to keep up and she made sure I did each move correctly. It was very relaxing and I definitely got a workout from the session. I can't wait to have her come and teach again!!!!!

For private yogis, I will email you some questions to answer so I can begin to understand what you are looking for. Then we will have a follow up call, usually maximum 30 minutes to further dive into your needs. Event clients, please reach out for specifics.
