- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my pricing includes screen cleaning, sill cleaning, hard water stain removal, and removal of any dubree around the frame.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is getting to know what is important for the client, second is setting up a time and day to begin, third is preform the job, forth is making sure that the client is satisfied with the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always worked in the service industry, and costumer service.
