Our daughter started playing violin with Marina at the age of 5. She has taught her technique and how to read music. Our daughter was playing songs by the end of the first semester. Marina is always well-prepared, encourages her and motivates her to practice between lessons. We have done both in person and video lessons and both are great!

Marina is the best violin instructor! We have been with her for three years and our daughter has learned so much. She focuses both on the art and the science of the music and playing the violin. Throughout COVID, Marina has been great doing zoom lessons as well! We lover her!

I can't say enough positive things about Ms Dichenko! My son has taken lessons from her for almost a year. He struggles with anxiety, and it sometimes manifests in difficult behavior during his lessons. He is very hard on himself when he makes mistakes, but she has been so encouraging and patient with him and has somehow found a way to keep him motivated. She plays along with him when needs support and always focuses on the positive in his lessons. She is a great communicator with the parents and is flexible with her teaching style, depending on what her various student's needs are. We feel lucky to have found her and to have her in our son's life. She is amazing!
