- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Through the Week, We are a Team of 2 in 1 Truck. We may have multiple jobs scheduled for the Day & sometimes we may be delayed for different reasons. Such as, Traffic Jams, (We drive all over Texas) we need gas, food, or the Previous Job is taking longer than expected. This is the reason the Telephone, Cable, Internet, or Electric Company gives you a Window when the Tech will show up. So that youre not expecting him to arrive precisely on the hour but give him a Window during the Day to Show Up. We need the same courtesy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's of Science in Avionics Electronics Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. With Microsoft Certified Professional, DELL, AST Computer, & A+ Certifications. Plus my Training from the U.S. Air Force.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked with Computers while in the U.S. Air Force and decided to go into I.T. after leaving the Air Force. Then I decided to start and run my own Business. One of my Customers needed PC Monitors Repaired, I noticed Repairing TV's was the same as Monitors. Then I realized most of my Customers want their TV Mounted on the Wall, so we started doing that too.
