- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aren’t the most expensive nor the cheapest. However, our prices will always provide the most value to our clients that are striving for quality and expertise. We are almost always available via text message, even after working business hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask for pics of the proposed project and contact info- text messages are always quicker than app-based communication. After receiving pics and a project description, we will offer a price range and likelihood of which pricing spectrum we anticipate for the client.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Educate yourself on the project you propose, google common problems with that type of task, quiz the pool professional on that task. Furthermore, can they provide you licensing info, insurance, background checks, or education they receive on a constant basis? Do they have multiple people on staff that can assist you when you need it or if any issues arise or are they a “1 poler”(pool guy by himself)? Read reviews but do not rely on those solely. Again, educate yourself so you’re not naive to the process.
