Rob was exceptionally responsive to my job request. I submitted a request for repairs around 8:30am in the morning. He called me around 9 am and my repair was completed by 11am. He didn't even mind me asking questions and watching as he worked. He was very personable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He checked my equipment to make sure that there was no leak prior to him leaving. He advised me on another repair that needed to be made and thoroughly explained what part was damaged and why it possibly happened. He even sent me a link to the part that I needed to order just to make sure I'd get my pool back up and running and told me to follow-up with him if I had any additional questions. I'd definitely hire him again!!!
