- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet you and take a look at your pool. This helps answer any questions you may have, and it makes the interaction more personal. Once that is done, we provide you with solution plans and pricing. If accepted, we begin as soon as you’re ready!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Almost everyone in the company is a Certified Pool Operator; a commercial certification. Further, we invest heavily in ongoing education for all team members.
