FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every price is estimated differently. Whether we are removing a tree or painting a house the costs will be different for each house. There are some projects we can estimate based on a square foot or linear foot price. Our goal is to provide a quality service and materials at a reasonable price. We will not be the most expensive but we can not be the cheaper. You get what you pay for and the cheapest bid is usually not the best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand what the scope of the work that the client wants us to complete. I like to have all the details and time lime of the work that needs to be completed. The price will be estimated based on the work and materials needed. The client will make finish decisions on materials and then the work will be scheduled. Depending on the size of the job the client will need to pay half for materials to get everything started. After all the work is complete and the client is happy then the remainder of the balance is paid. Any work added or changed after work is started will need to signed off first. A price will need to assessed for the added work and signed off.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned my business since highschool in 1998. My company started out mowing lawn, trimming hedges and repairing sprinkler systems. Now we install fences, replacing roofs, painting and provide many general contracting services. My company has grown to 13 employees. Today my sales manager and I manage other crews to complete our projects. The roofing crew has over 20 years experience. Our handyman has spent the last 8 years texturing, painting, installing siding, floors, and more much. I am confident we can do quality work to complete any project.
