Aasif is an amazing trainer! Very professional manner and makes me feel comfortable during sessions. However, he will push you to train at your full potential! I will continue services with him. Oh, and he offers meal prepping for your blood type!

Ali is such an incredible trainer. Provided me with the meals I’m supposed to eat, teaching me to count my calories and formulated a workout plan!
