FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My customers/future customers should know that I am flexible when it comes to pricing. I know every situation/client will not be the same. I’m open to a mix of individual sessions and group session all in the same package. I am mainly based in Fort Worth. However I do not mind traveling to my clients. There will be an up charge of $5 per 15 miles traveled to your location. I can hold sessions in your home, a community/apartment gym, parks, and/or standard big box gyms that allow outside personal trainers. I also offer training with my clients at a private gym in Fort Worth off of university called Inursha. I also offer virtual workouts via FaceTime or zoom. After finding out what equipment you have I will tailor make a home HITT (High intensity training) workout running from about 45-50min. We can discuss adding that into your program when we have our complimentary session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with asking my new customers basic questions. What are you specific fitness goals? Have you had a personal trainer before? If you have trained in the past, what is the style of training you enjoy the most? What are your eating habits? After these questions I either follow up with a phone call to get to know you even better or schedule a complimentary session where I can put you through a mini session and discuss our future sessions and checkpoints.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a BS at Southern Methodist University in Applied Physiology and Health Manangement. I also competed at the D1 level in track and field. I sprinted for Georgia Tech my freshman year and at SMU for the remainder of my eligibility. I have coached track and field at high schools and I have been a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor for a total of 5 years.
