- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $75, with a 4-hour minimum for each project. This minimum allows us to dedicate sufficient time to properly assess, declutter, organize, and create systems within your space. It ensures we can make a noticeable difference and deliver lasting results. While the initial investment may seem higher, the long-term benefits of an organized and functional space will save you time, money, and stress in the future.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact/Consultation: Discuss needs, goals, budget, and timeline. May be in-person or virtual. 2. Assessment: Organizer evaluates the space and clutter. Client explains challenges and preferences. 3. Plan Development: Organizer creates a customized plan outlining the scope of work, strategies, and estimated cost. 4.Organizing Sessions: Hands-on decluttering, sorting, and organizing. Client actively participates as agreed upon. 5. System Implementation: Organizer implements storage solutions and systems for maintaining order. * Follow-up (Optional): Organizer may offer ongoing support or maintenance sessions.

Over the years, I’ve refined my techniques by researching industry best practices, experimenting with different organizational methods, and applying what works in real-world settings.
