- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am new to this platform, but I’m not new to helping people… I am familiar with Zelle, cash app, Venmo. If you have another payment platform you use, please be patient with me as I will try to learn that one. My pricing is listed at $45 per hour. However again since I am new to Thumbtack I am offering to discount the rate to $30 per hour for a three hour minimum for the first 10 customers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can message each other at first and decide on a time to talk on the phone and then from there we decide on a day and time for me to arrive. …… after you have hired me, and after I arrive at the location for your project, we can spend time going over any additional project details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been hosting on Airbnb for four years and have been organizing and cleaning spaces after each tenant moves out… mostly long term renters. Some times the space needs to be completely de-cluttered if somebody leaves all of their things behind. I’ve also helped collectors/hoarders organize a space in their home, while providing empathy and understanding. I have cleaned indoor dog houses and cat houses. I have completely re-organized refrigerators, both cleaning them and regrouping refrigerated items. For an additional fee, I can purchase organization items and can help you make better sense of that bathroom counter, with the make up piling up everywhere, along with everything else on the counter!
