From the beginning of the experience ordering a custom cake for the first time it was an easy and comfortable process. I only knew I wanted a corgi cake and gave some ideas for inspiration and she took it from there. She was detailed wanting to make this special for my wife’s 50th birthday. I ordered this cake from Seattle WA for delivery in Arlington over the Thanksgiving Day weekend. She was willing to deliver and adjust for a couple of things that were very important to us. The cake was AWESOME, the price was very reasonable, the experience was perfect! THANK YOU SUGAR DOLL CAKERY!

Hello Brenda, Apologies that you found the cakes dry. We will take your review into consideration since your expectations were not met however please note that we DO NOT use any preservatives, artificial sweeteners, sugar syrups, or emulsifiers to enhance our cakes therefore they will be more dense. The ingredients in our cakes are also free from other additives commonly used by large scale commercial manufacturers. These additives are used by them to extend the shelf-life and freshness of their confectioneries so that they can remain moist and “spongy” for a longer time. Kind regards, Sugar Doll Cakery
