- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects are very different and I price them accordingly. I don't included materials and supplies in the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a consultation with by phone, video call, or on-site visit depending on the size of the project. Then I prepared an estimate of the costs, supplies and schedule. Once we agree on the scope, we get started! We don't need you there for the project, but we will need some check-ins to make sure we're ion the same path. We try to help you get rid of some things, but it's ok if you want to keep everything and we'll organize it!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I think I've always been a creative organizer and I enjoy making spaces that make people happy!
