- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client begins with an initial consultation, where we take a comprehensive look at your health history, lifestyle, and any symptoms you’re experiencing. This helps me understand the root causes of your concerns and allows us to set personalized health goals. After this, I develop a tailored plan, which may include dietary guidance, lifestyle recommendations, and specific supplements if needed. I also provide any relevant tests to get a deeper understanding of your health. Together, we review your progress regularly and adjust the plan as necessary, ensuring that it supports you effectively on your wellness journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a master’s degree in human nutrition and functional medicine, and I’m currently completing additional training with the Institute for Functional Medicine
- What types of customers have you worked with?
