- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For General Notary Work- Fees are based from the total number of notary stamps required, plus a travel charge which is based on location of the signing. For real estate or estate planning document disclosure, I offer package pricing. Additional services offered are: witnesses and print/scan/ship. Note: I do not travel to jails or prisons for notary signings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a potential client, I like to confirm the number of documents/notary stamps, the number of signers, and whether or not any witnesses are required for any signatures. Other items discussed are location, time, and the confirmation of identification.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
