- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get all the basic information from us, you’ll receive a quote via email. That quote secures your move on our schedule once you sign it. Everything in house is done electronically, to save you the time and hassle. Your movers will arrive on your moving day providing the services you requested and had been quoted on. Once your move is complete, any adjustments will have been made and your final payment can either be made via cash, check, debit/credit, or Venmo. Easy peasy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years of moving experience. My team and also have white glove furniture delivery experience we can assemble and dissassemble just about anything, we can mount tvs also swap out appliance connection cords.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began moving as a side gig when I volunteered for my local fire department. I was so good with the customers and with moving I decided to go out on my own. Customers would always assume that company was mine because of the services they received specifically from me, and they’d always tell me to just go for it, so I did and I’m glad I did!
